To be eligible contestants must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. One (1) winner will be chosen each month and will be contacted by e-mail and/or phone (if given).

TrackTime is not responsible for winners lost or undeliverable email. One submission per person per month will be accepted.  Entries must be received by the last day of each month. TrackTime Racing Schools reserves the right to disqualify any winner if it believes that any information provided is incorrect or false. TrackTime reserves the right to change or end the Enter To Win Contest at any time and without notice.

All entrants agree to release the use of their name and city of residence as well as the broadcast transmission of information pertaining to their entry, or prize-winning conversations, without additional consideration. Winners may also be required to sign a release of liability in connection with the contest.

There are no prize substitutions. Winners will receive one 3 Lap Stock Car Ride Certificate which is redeemable for the 2010 season. Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

All decisions of the management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of the winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant, by virtue of entering the contest, agrees to accept the decision of the management final.
