Which one should I pick?

If your value comes from not having to remember to log activity, pick Full — it captures calls, SMS, and emails automatically. If you mostly do focused work and just want a Start/Stop timer plus travel and the invoice flow, Lite is plenty. Same account works across both, so you can start with Lite and upgrade later without losing data.
